Pretty friendly and excellent staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge. Spacious and quiet hotel rooms in comparison to the big bed. With coffee & tea making facilities, a refrigerator, and glassware.

The stuff is very helpful, they ensure you have a fairly nice time here. The ambiance is quiet. The rooms are well decorated in comparison to the big bed, everything is great;)))

We greatly enjoyed this small hotel for its quiet atmosphere and affable staff. the room was exceptionally comfortable. - the facilities included a safe, a minibar, and central heating. - the team provided a helpful service.

The staff was very helpful, and the rooms are beautifully decorated with big beds, an ironing set, coffee/tea making facilities, and a work desk.

I chose B&B Cityfair because of its convenient location near Via Etnea and Piazza del Duomo, where I wanted to visit some landmarks. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the property's additional features, such as the paid airport shuttle service and the presence of a library and dry cleaning/laundry services. The bar/lounge and snack bar/deli were also great amenities that I enjoyed. Moreover, the variety of breakfast options, including continental, Italian, and American choices.

Compared to the online pictures, the room at B&B Cityfair was not as pristine as expected. The cleanliness was questionable with dirty white walls and worn-out bedding.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely bed and breakfast in the heart of the city. the location couldn't have been more perfect, right next to bars and restaurants. the room we stayed in was surprisingly calm, overlooking a quiet street. the bed was super comfy and the shower facilities were great. We especially enjoyed the quaint balcony. the hosts were exceptionally sweet and welcomed us warmly, even though our flight was delayed and we arrived late in the evening. the room was spacious, clean, and even had the added bonus of being able to watch Netflix. the breakfast in the morning was fantastic, offering a wide variety of food options. the double glazing on the windows kept the room nice and quiet, despite being centrally located.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference and found it to be very convenient. The property has a hairdresser's and business center, which were both useful for my work. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The only service that I missed for my work was the WiFi, which didn't work for me.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood close to the center of town, making it a perfect location. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring that the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The bed and shower facilities are top-notch, providing a comfortable stay.

While the breakfast was fine, offering slices of bread, small croissants, cheese, meat, and jam.

We loved staying in this hotel! The location was great, with easy access to all the major sites in this city. The hotel was really clean, with all the facilities we needed, including a good breakfast and friendly staff who gave us lots of helpful tips. We were impressed with the close proximity to the city centre, and it was so easy to get to the hotel from the airport, thanks to the nearby bus stop.

I had a really enjoyable stay in this B&B! the host was incredibly welcoming and gave great restaurant recommendations, which was so helpful. the room was stylishly decorated with a little balcony, which I loved. Finally, the location was spot on for exploring the city, with plenty of great restaurants and bars just around the corner.

I did have a couple of minor gripes. the noise from the restaurants on the street could be a bit much at times, even with earplugs in.
